The Reset Retreat: For HealthCare Professionals

What to Expect - You know you are Ready!
An intimate (max 4 persons) open space, held in compassion for growth, healing and expansion, allowing you to move between guided experiences and your own process while aligning with the natural rhythm of this secluded sanctuary. You will engage in private sessions with Donna, known for her ability to rapidly perceive and reveal the underlying patterns shaping internal experience, an intuitive approach recognized by Gabor Maté in The Myth of Normal for its depth and impact. As these patterns come into awareness, they become available for change. Throughout the week, you may notice moments of clarity, resistance, or stillness as your internal state begins to reorganize. From here, you move forward from a place that feels more aligned. You shift how you experience yourself, and in turn, how you meet others in your work.
❋ Intentional Structure

We move between precise guidance, your own exploration, and space to integrate, so the experience remains both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You will learn just as much from nature herself and from the group as from the content.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Drawing on over 30 years of clinical and integrative experience, as well as her own profound healing journey, Donna-Lee facilitates a space where underlying patterns come into clear awareness and become available for change. Her work integrates hypnosis, somatic awareness, and guided energy practices. Donna Lee is world renowned for her depth and impact, the process is direct, perceptive, and precise supporting change from within that extends into creating how you wish to experience your own life and to then guide others from this renewed level of wholeness.

❋ A Supportive Space

Ayrhart Lake offers a private, mineral-rich sanctuary where the conditions for change naturally emerge. Forest, water, and stillness create a steady, grounded resonant field that allows you to settle and see clearly. Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are and fully engage in your own process. Time on the land, along the trails, and by the water restores your natural rhythm, while the presence of our canine trail guides add a quiet, intuitive sense of ease. This is more than a setting, it is a space that holds you as you shift and move forward from a new state of being.

Reconnect with who you really are as you escape the noise of everyday life.

Coaching With Donna-Lee

Each participant receives a total of five hours of individual time with Donna, including a two-hour private session prior to arrival and three one-hour sessions during the week. This structure allows the work to begin before you arrive and continue as your experience unfolds, creating continuity and depth.

Sessions are individualized and may include energy work, hypnosis, coaching frameworks, or a combination of these approaches, guided by what is most relevant in the moment. Spacing the sessions across the immersion gives you time to process, integrate, and recognize what is shifting in real time. Rather than forcing change, this approach allows it to occur at your own pace, where insight becomes embodied and movement forward feels natural and sustainable.

Accommodations and Meals

Accommodations are designed as upscale glamping, offering private, cozy bunkies that provide both comfort and connection to the surrounding landscape. Each space is simple, intentional, and equipped with an optional porto-pottie for night-time use. A shared kitchen in the main lodge allows for ease and flexibility, while the shared bathroom and outdoor shower offer a natural, refreshing way to begin and end your day. The outdoor space extends into private forest trails, a spacious dock, and direct access to the lake, inviting time for movement, stillness, and quiet reflection. This is a setting that balances comfort with immersion, supporting your experience without distraction. Four private spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also available in the main cabin.

Meals are intentionally simple and thoughtfully provided. A prepared evening meal is included each day, offering a consistent point of gathering and nourishment within the rhythm of the week. Breakfast and lunch are self-directed, participants are asked to bring their own food and may store it in the shared kitchen fridge as needed. The kitchen is available during defined hours, supporting both ease and structure. This approach balances care with autonomy ensuring you are supported while leaving space for your own choices. Accommodations and dinner daily are included in the price.

Activities and Options

Time outside of sessions is intentionally simple and restorative. Evenings around the campfire, time on the dock, and quiet moments by the water create space to settle and reflect. You may choose to hike the private trails, paddle on the lake, or sit in stillness and watch the natural rhythm of the environment, birds, water, and light. Optional use of the PEMF mat and red light therapy offers additional support for restoration and regulation. Shared moments with like-hearted individuals emerge naturally, creating a sense of connection and community without expectation. Everything is available, nothing is required, allowing you to engage in what supports your process most.

Canine Companions

The canine companions, Kali, Luna (Coton de Tulear), April (Bernese) and Oliver (Standard Poodle) are a steady presence throughout the experience, often felt as quiet keepers of the land. They move with you along the trails, offering a sense of ease and natural awareness while helping to keep other wildlife at a distance. Their presence is grounding and uncomplicated, available for a walk, a pause, a quiet moment, or a connection when needed. In their way, they model what this work invites: being present, responsive, and fully at ease in the environment.
